The legality of the offer from Telus is still to be ruled on by the CIRB. Based on previous CIRB rulings, bargaining thru the media or directly with the members is not legal. If in your past life you where in charge of negoiations, you would know that.
Labour law is the law, not sure why you are trying to circumvent it, after all, the TWU has to live with decisions of the CIRB and so should Telus and in the end so will you.
