RE: Telus breaks ISPs' cardinal rule

RE: Telus breaks ISPs' cardinal rulestoctor...that is not the point..the point is there is a legal system which can be used to remove offensive material. Section 36 of the Telecommunications act does not give Telus the right to play censor. We cheerish freedom of speech and freedom on opinion. Was it not Patrick Henry who say the "I may disagree with you, but I will defend your right to the death to express your opinion", or something like that. You have the right to say that it is OK to censor this particular website...but where does it stop? Whos next? Every legal opinion published on this to date calls this censorship dangerous.
