Wow...where have you been in the last 5 years? You can do all that on the Web, you can order service, change services, get ADSl, get hosting, buy phones, cells, networking equipment. Just go to mytelus.net, see, easy isn't it. You can also use Telus ivr for a lot of those things...you don't need to visit a store. You just need a lot of patience in order to use the IVR. If you really were a former union member...you would have an idea what this is all about...
