page 27, it says
The Board orders TELUS
- to bargain collectively in good faith for the entire bargaining unit and to make every resonable to entire into a collective agreement.
Now..since 1292 was released this has not happened..
So...McArthur is not distorting the facts? He actually disputes the CIRB order, saying it only applies to Clearnet.
Here are some more facts.
TWU indicated it would accept an arbitrator.
TWU indicated it would accept a mediator.
Telus as indicated they will not neogoiate. Period. Now, in my humble opinion, that is a direct contravention of 1292. My question to you then is
Do you think that both Telus and the TWU need to comply with CIRB orders, or it Telus exempt and the TWU is not?
