RE: Just for a change Wow...things have not changed at all. I have just returned from 5 weeks of vacation and find that people are still just as nasty as before. Nice to see that Darren Entwhistle and Bruce Bell are talking...in my opinion a positive step.
Must say I am a bit concerned about the outsourcing of customer care due to the amount of personal information that is now available to people in foreign countries, talk about identy theft opportunities. Once they have your phone number, its all there, SIN, DL, DOB, Spouses Name, Employer, Landlord, and Credit card info, anyone can be you...so if you have an issue, better to wait until this is resoloved. Can you imagine the hassles you would face trying to fix a idently theft problem that occured overseas?
