Dividend
We were suppose to get the dividend on April 1st but I haven't got any yet and iam with RBC.. anyone missing the April1st dividend?

We got ours in Cash accounts, but the account where I have a DRIP hasn't completed yet.

Same for me with RBC. Sent them a message earlier today. Account with no drip, have the divy, drip accounts, no dividend yet and they are 5 days late.

Becasue Telus has a 2% bonus on their drip these are always processed manually by Royal Direct, usually 2 to 3 days later. I still don't have an answer from RBC as to why this drip process is delayed 5 days.

Don't know if it becasue I phoned in to complain about the delay, but while on the phone the drips have now been processed in all of my drip accounts as of 11:45 today showing Apr 7th as the process date.

DeanEdmonton, did you mean that Telus has a 2% discount on their DRIP price. Would love to get real examples of the DRIP price versus the actual price . Like January Telus DRIP cost was $29.19. What was the real comparitive price b4 discount.

Are you saying you don't know how to read a stock chart. Take the high and low SP on the dividend pay date, So Jan pay date was Jan 04, low 29.76 high 30.06, Dividend re-invest done at $29.19 so 98% of low. April 1 pay date, low 32.66 high 33.31, reivested at 32.01, 98% of low. There is your 2% discount.

Got my DRIP shares yesterday. Cost was $31.63 per share which, by my calculations, is a 4.2% discount. Don't know what's up with that but, happy to get it!

Interesting, I just rechecked my RBC account and it is now showing $31.63, rather than the 32.01 it was on Apr 7th when it was originally posted. Wonder what caused that change because like you say that is a lot more than 2%, I actually get 3.3% when I calcualte it using 32.66 as the low on April 1. Who is your account with?
