Not once, but twice over the last 12-18 months Perez'soutfit has no only hijacked tankers carrying Ptal's oil but he has kidnapped their Brazilian crews and held these Brazilian nationals as hostages. The last time they smacked a memeber of the peruvian Navy over the head and what happened by the way of punishment? Nadda. That doesn't count the 2 or 3 other times they shut down operations in the few years I have owned this stock. Or the killing that took place before I owned the stock--when Perez and his boys attacked the Ptals oil field with guns as well as spears. Nothing ever happens. Perez does what he wants. And for some reason he's not a happy camper when it comes to the evil Ptal. And now Perez and his boys are on the warpath again.
