Downward trend

There has been a strong downward trend in the past few weeks. Some of it is probably related to the general tech trends lately, but I am wondering what is the right target for TCS and how long will it go on for ... I see various suggestions of $23, $45, and even $70 target price ... The P/E is very high, but I am assuming they are still in the growth phase and thus the reason for it. I might be wrong and it is overvalued.
