TCW has to diversify....they have such a big part of their operations in Canada.....the spring breaks are killing them every Q2 ......the article in Seeking Alpha below points it out....Maybe TCW should acquire some other international drillers to mitigate its heavy exposure in Canada

So I do not know about hyd fracturing but this spring break problem has to be resolved soon.
