This stock has to move up eventually!Energy sector keeps indicating a sustained recovery. What's truly keeping this stock down? Is it investor sentiment, collaborated institutional manipulation, insiders? Other sectors are starting to show some weaknesses but not much money has moved into energy yet. Perhaps it will happen when we least expect it. Looking for answers.
