Higher ups made right moves, be it tough, to pull back, cut it wages and garantees, park equipment and not get deeper in the undercutting game. I have seen where the 'smaller guys under bid us, screwed up and we are called back in to do what TCW does best. TCW will weather this storm and be ready for the upturn.
