Stalin and the Soviet union tried all this and it failed....when will they learn! Stop wasting Canadian tax dollars to buy union votes. When they do finally get if built 2-3 years after it's supposed to be done should be good for TCW in 2028 as the BC gas will pipe directly in. Maybe TCW can make extra money hauling the petchem out on the backs of their trucks because the 200 yr old railway is bound to have issues assuming ecoterroists don't block it with a lawn chair or sign and union not on strike LOL.
