There is no shortage of pending fracs, just a massive market access problem thanks to 150 yr old rail line, old pipelines, ecoterrorists allowed to block energy companies, no material deep water / global market access and gutless politicians like Kenny who dont want to accelerate rest of Canada's transition to bicycles and horseback by limiting exports and doing heavy maintenance for safety assurance.
