Cellular cement is a lot like regular cement except instead of gravel acting as a filler air bubbles do. This makes the cement lighter and gives it an insulation value. It can be used for storage tank foundations, road bed support for heavy traffic and freeze/thaw conditions, the cellular cement is waterproof. It is used to line tunnels to create smooth walls to promote flow and to support and insulate underground pipelines. It can be used on bridge approaches to stabilize soil and limit water saturation. Cematrix supplies a fleet of trucks which mix, pour and distribute the product. All the client has to do is supply water and forming. No waiting for fleets of cement trucks. In the last 2 years they have expanded by buying existing companies in the States. The last 2 years have been challenging due to the covid thing.
