RE:RE:They've found a scapegoat

RE:RE:They've found a scapegoatTD was the bank for Allen Standford, who is in prison serving 110 years for money laundering. TD was fined by U S regulators $ 1.2 Billion dollars. On the failed takeover of FHN bank, it is estimated to cost TD bank $0.500 Billion Dollars through breakup fees, losess in the purchass of Preferred Shares, and legal fees. Also, the bank is awaiting fines from the U S justice department  for its weakness in procedures to stop money laundering which has damage it reputation. It is estimated it could cost the bank between $ 0.500 and $ 1 Billion. Clearly this a problem and changes should be made in leadership.
