TD Preferreds Offer a Safer Dividend

Great time to pick up preferreds. Once in a lifetime opportunity, I think. TD preferreds pay between 5% and 7.3%. The common yields 5.1%.
If the default rate of their clients increase they may have to cut the common stock dividend. Find the latest yields and a ranking on all TD preferreds at https://canadianpreferredshares.ca/rank-Toronto-Dominion-Bank-preferreds/
