This same analyst also said LB would be sold for book value (around 60 bucks)...  well.. that didn't happen. He is in general bearish on banks, he has been waiting for recession to hit. Just for the context.

Think about it - If analysts were really any good at their job,they would no longer be analysts. Instead, they'd be sitting on a private exotic beach, sipping umbrella drinks, and snortin' lines off the backsides of Brazilian "hosteses" that "swore up and down" they were 18 years of age. Analysts are still punchin' theclock, because they donb't knowmuch more ...more

While it was a bearish report his target price was reduced from $93 ( which was too high to begin with) to $84 which basically put him in line with every other analystes target prices. The big overhang will be  if the Amercian Securities group places restraint on TD growth in the US but again, they are big already compared to other Canadian banks. A 2B$ penalty will be big but if they get a ...more
