The DIFFERENCE Will BE that the TECK Deal would NOT HAVE Any Immediate CAPITAL 
GAINS Taxation__WHEREAS the GLENCORE Deal WOULD RESULT in Immediate TAXATION
of Capital Gains.

This Makes MY VOTE a NO-BRAINER__As TruDope ALREADY Gets WAY TOO MUCH From Me!
