Where is the $9B on SP?

Someone please help me understand why we are struggling to find momentum on share price, after not only having clarity on an overhang but also the company just took in $9B? I mean that alone is enough to cover their remaining costs on their copper project while reducing their debt and other negative probabilities. What is their net debt?

thanks in advance to all that put forward a reasonable explanation and thought!

Teck will use the cash to chase copper for South American crazies. Glencore gets stable coal bucks for their shareholders.

Hope they don't spend a dime in ANY banana republic, where they let you in, spend billions of dollars to develop a resource, then steal it from you. Sound familiar? Stay in North America, period. GLTA
