RE:Taking over shares

RE:Taking over shares

Deeraby,

"inundated by I3E shills ....".  Hardly - there's me and someone called mikelee who I assume is an I3E SH.

A couple of observations / comments:

1) I posted some comments from hrcxxx on the I3E board to get feedback namely that "there was a conflict of interest and due process had not been followed , legal proceedings should be brought bla, bla , bla ....."

the response I got from an I3E SH was that the " fair play process" had been conducted and the proposed deal was found to be in order. Also that Toscana had been pursuing a farm out for an extended period without any success". Neither of these statements were credibly contested by you or hrcxxxx other than to say a "non fair process" was followed.

I note that it appears only you and hrcxxx are posting - it seems other SH have either given up or have more important matters to contend with.

2) Toscana is in default and has been for quite some time I gather. If they cannot pay the bills - you get bought out or going into BK - assets are sold off at distressed prices - it's tough but that's what happens. This does not equate to stealing or shoddy practice - it's business.

3) I must admit that I raised an eyebrow when I saw that our CFO was proposing to buy this previously unknown Company (to I3E SH) run by his brother. However, as stated above - it has apparently been reviewed and deemed proper.

Regards
