ValuationA company's worth is not determined at the margin or in a glimpse of time. It is not appropriate to look at a company's price of say one cent and conclude that is what it is worth . Similarly, it is inappropriate to look short term at the price of oil or gas and that the value of the company should be reflected by the current prices in the market. Doodoo happens, and there are fluctuations in markets that can drive you crazy, but these are price fluctuations, not value fluctuations. The value of anything has to be looked at over time considering all the effort and resources that historically have gone into building whatever and what it would take to rebuild it. If this were not true, then every time you had an argument with your spouse a divorce would ensue. I strongly encourage our investors to take a wider view of our situation and reject this proposal as is and if we fail, we fail.
