Control block holder has NO interest in this company

Control block holder has NO interest in this companyOver the past few months since the insulting offer for this company was made, one significant institutional holder which had a control block has quietly fled the ship.

This company does research, they obviously have little confidence in the new team.

Makes me wonder why people buy these shares at prices 3x the price of the insulting offer. I guess they must know more than this company that does its research.

Here is what they have sold to you:

Investment Co. X sold 6,339,000 shares between late-June to early-July
Investment Co. X sold 1,790,000 shares between early-July to mid-July
Investment Co. X sold 234,000 shares between mid-July to late-July
Investment Co. X sold 656,000 shares between late July to early-August
