Take over question
TET trades at $3.54 which is 90% below the highs
Why would someone not offer to take it over for lets say $7 dollars a share?
The price of oil is low now but would not stay so for the next 6 or 7 years.
Why would a hedge fund not take a risk and hold on and maybe bring it back in the form of an IPO in a couple of years?
Or is this impossible because the Riddell family owns half the shares and would never go for it
Just curious is all
Cheers

I though NAV was just over 6.00$ per share ...especially with the premier lands they own
