Tet - buy it here

I have been a proponent of owing tet for over 6 months. Tet needed to delever its' balance sheet to accelerate the drilling program. It was either going to happen with the sale of non core assets or infrastructure valued close to $400m.  With this merger, tet did not get much of a premium but it becomes a $9 -10 stock on its own. Nobody else was going to bid on tet given pou owning 15% and the  Riddell family owning 40%.

Allow your tet shares to convert to pou shares. Buy more. Your 3.75 shares of tet will convert to 1 pou share.  I valued pou to be a $30 stock post tet merger and apache transaction. See pou thread. Good luck.

POU showed up and saved it. Otherwise, TET would have to sell a big part of its producing assets due to its debt overhang.
