Atrium is trading at book value

Atrium is trading at book value and their loans are more risky in nature as most of TF loans are revenue producing properties.

So with a NAV of $8.45 TF should be trading north of that value at the very least.

Someone is lending you money at a discount to the fact value, and TF had a year over year increase in NAV + a special dividend to boot.

TF should be trading at a minium of $8.60 if you think management adds any value.
