Terago Buyout

Terago BuyoutEwing Morris believes Terago's sum of the parts is worth $15. I'm curious if there are other estimates of value for this company?

The consensus seems to be that Terago will be bought out by one of the major telecom companies in Canada.

I'm also curious about other opinions on the matter. I've seen nothing to indicate that they have put themselves up for sale but everyone seems to think it is inevitable.
