EPIC...RED Digital Cinema has begun shipping their game changing EPIC cameras. Some fella in New Zealand who goes by the name Peter Jackson has taken delivery of 30 of them for his next project. I'm needing this log jam were stuck at here between 5 and 6 bucks to break, so I can order one of these photographic machines...and get on with what I do.
Rusty, what would a minimum US secondary look like, in size, and price...given todays price of 5.66?
You mentioned possibly doing it via issued preferred shares. Seems to me a secondary issued today would have to be priced in the low 5 dollar level, so if that were the case our shorters would have ample opportunity for exit....OR can enough of the secondary be picked up, lets say by folks such as a certain Rusty fellow, to force covering on the open market?
Don't take this post as I'm calling for a deal, just using it as grist for the mill. I'm not convinced we need to do a secondary, or list on Nasdaq. Once the next indication is selected every analyst, good or bad, will have to write some of those projections into the story, and that in itself would help dissolve this lack of visablility...and maybe send the log jam on down the river.
If this (TH story) were a screenplay, we would be firmly in act two, and a glimmer of a cool ending might be beginning to present itself. But theres one last obstacle holding our hero back...
