EGRIFTA SV (tesamorelin for injection) is approved in the United States for the reduction of excess abdominal fat in people with HIV who have lipodystrophy.

OK it seems there is one compound currently in clinical trials targeting VM.

It's CVM-1118 from Taiwanese company TaiRx and is in Phase II since early 2018 evaluating efficacy in neuroendocrine tumors & liver cancer.
