RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:second quarter - one day before annual meetingI am going over some of the board of directors for Thera and some of them dont have much skin the game....they have a lot less stocks than Paul Lev who was just appointed the CEO.
For example, Sheila Frame only has 6k shares but was appointed back March 2019. Gary Littlejohn only has 11k shares appointed back October 2018. Dale Weil has 16k shares but appointed back May 2017....why do we have people on the board that does not have much skin in the game...why are they making decisions for the company when they dont have as much to lose?
I consider myself a little investor and I have like 20k shares at this point...which is only evquilvalent to $40,000USD.
