EGRIFTA SV (tesamorelin for injection) is approved in the United States for the reduction of excess abdominal fat in people with HIV who have lipodystrophy.

Has anyone heard from management what their reasoning is behind this deal?

That is likely not aligned with their long term interests but such a reaction is understandable under the circumstances.

The new buyers likely got what they wanted in the deal. There should be no expectation they were going to be in a rush to buy more.
