I have a perfectly normal cousin-- college grad, real estate agent, 3 lovely daughters all in or through college, she refuses to take it. Her recent quote was "biden can shove my vaccine up his ar$e" in our otherwise pleasant family chat groups. It surprised me but they are out there even where you wouldn't think. She's a suburban mom in AZ, not remotely a "red neck".
The other worrying thing I just read today was this, and it is 7-8 weeks past their last dose so they should have been protected:
