Frank Holler was a board member of Contech Enterprises from 2007 to 2010. During his tenure, he provided valuable insights which helped Contech double in size over three years. Specifically, he was able to help negotiate a complex transaction that combined an equity financing with the merging of two companies. One company required the buyout of a hostile founder and the other a reorganization and turnaround after the recent firing of its President. Frank’s understanding of the operating side of a business combined with his ability to relate to and effectively work with others played a large role in not just completing the complex transaction but building the company’s success in the following years.
