RE:Anyone think the ATM has already been accessed? The recent fikings still showed 50 million $ renewal which I thought meant that there had been no sales under the ATM ,Maybe this is a wrong interpretation and I really dont feel like spending a lot of time on a thorouigh reading of the Filings,
We know that there is a substantial need for money,It is often said that Necessity is the Mother of Invention,,There was zero invention when they did the OO,,,Lets hope that the next raise shows some innovative terms but our CFO has not shown any of the skills required to achieve that.

There was nothing in the recent filings that said that but thinking back on it, it is certainly a possibility as that trading was really strange and something has to account for it. We will likely not know until TH files its next quarterly report in February. And they could easily sell more between now and then.
Also, in case you did not read through my Weekly Report Card, I noted there that Egrifta sales fell about 6-7% quarter-over-quarter in 4Q21 and probably rose about 2% year-over-year based on Bloomberg's sales estimator which does not have a reputation for accuracy and slight adjustments I made for price increases in the year-over-year number. For Trogarzo, sales were up around 14% quarter-over-quarter and around 27% year-over-year. I am not sure if international sales are captured by Bloomberg but with those big numbers for Trogarzo, it looks like that might be the case.
