RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Delay in Phase 1 a --------Get over itSorry I did not explain the roar well, what I was hoping for with the roar is our board finally listens to the many suggestions here to get IR working on marketing to the retail investor so that we can get the SP above that magic $5.0....the frustration is this low hanging fruit is just rotting away on the vine.

Someone looked into last year if I recall correctly but I do not remember all the details. I think it also does not need to be associated with the AGM as a special meeting of shareholders can be called.

Now, you need to think through your voting - if you were successful in convincing the rest of us to vote along with you and remove the entire board, TH would have no board at all for awhile and that does not seem ideal! Also, I think you need to see how the phase 1a and the next financiing turns out before going there. Good results in cancer and a financing that is well done and additive rather than odious and subtractive can quickly give us a better opinion of our current board. They just need to turn the narrative about TH's stock around and those are likely the first two steps in that process.

I remember when Luc first replaced John Huss as CEO after Egrifta got shot down in Europe and the business model therefore got upended as well. He was not a colorful or enigmatic leader. He just started making a lot of decisions, both small and large, correctly and the narrative around the stock started to improve. Levesque needs to stop the bleeding and then move forward with confidence by making most decisions well, both large and small. Investors will notice.

This may sound like a knee jerk reaction but the AGM is the only chance to make my frustrations heard, so this year I will most likely vote against all board members (570K shares) pretty sure it wont make a difference but possibly if my small growl if added to others here maybe it could be a roar that is finally heard.

I'm just guessing, but there's probably a way to fill out some paperwork and nominate someone for a Board seat.  You'd have to read up in their corporate bylaws or ask them.  I was hoping an institutional shareholder would put up a candidate or two.  If it's not an em0loyee of their firm, they wouldn't be insiders.  Was hoping Soleus might want a bit of representation there or seek to help them in skills they are deficient in from their perspective.

What happens if the whole borad is voted out... can we propose candidates, can we propose changes to management (CEO, CFO).  I would really like to have Wino to represent us and give us a better picture of our options and best path for the future of the company.  I still don't know if we are better off settling for whatever offer we ca take for the company vs dilution, borrowing for risky propjects and possibly failure down the road.  I mean while it's still worth something.
