Frank Holler's Insider BuyI would like to know if he just woke up before the AGM and realized he needed to buy some stock to be a legit board member or if he postponed buying previously because the outlook for TH-1902 was too dicey until some recent data came in. I suspect the latter since he then bought far more than he was required to buy. Either way, I am sure his insider buy, along with that of Arena's, have helped the stock. I doubt many biotechs are seeing insider buying right now. Frankly, I would have liked to have seen more insider buying but Holler's outsized buy seems like it is a favorable sign for TH-1902's prospects.
