I wrote allready a long time ago about that!!!!!
There was a time you were laughing at me and told me they(BOD) had a vested intrest in the company. I always said that less then 1% ownership is telling you something.....!!!
They don't care about the shareprice, they have only one concern, keep going the company so they can "earn" their paycheck!!!!
That's why they do such O O or take that loan at 11% +.........
Nothing will change except if they are lucky in oncology.
Shareholders can only ......"HOPE"!!!!

RE:Where is the insider buying???
I share your concerns. We know there is a short window open for insiders to buy or sell shares. While it is encouraging we have not seen selling and did have a decent sized buyer back in early May, many of us personally own more than the most or all of the directors. So, it is fair to ask if this is an indication we are the chumps in this situation. That is actually something the group of major shareholders I am part have been asking management during our quarterly update meetings - are we the dummies or are the board the dummies? I don't think we expect a good answer but we do want to make the point.
Now, this low insider ownership has been a constant thing at TH. Even as Trogarzo was being developed and approved and was running the stock price up about 1,000%, there was not much insider buying.
But count me as one who believes this is a major flaw with the stock. A major flaw. Either our board is really quite dumb for not loading up after that news or they are quite smart because they are aware of negative aspects of the cancer news that have not been shared publicly.
Also, Paul indicated the Chinese interest in TH-1902 has been rekindled with the latest data release. We can assume fairly, I think, that any deal with a Chinese partner will not happen without a visit to the TH-1902 data room continaing more info than we have seen. If a deal is done at attractive pricing, that may be an indication our board is made up of dummies. If not, then perhaps we are the chumps!
Now, I am not sure when the insider buying window closes. It may be closed already. But there is still a chance we may see some buying. Still, had the board wanted to buy shares, I would have thought they would havhe been active as soon as the window to transact opened. So, I do not think the prospect for insider buying looks very promising.

Was the news not that great?
Why not send a clear message here and load up?
I don't understand this Management team sometimes...
