He needs to go. He won't get my votes. He faile.
The VP Clinical research needs to go too.
The board needs a major shake-up.
Their NASH story is a failure. Their Chiniese partnership bullshit. Their Trogarzo forecast. Their clinical trial programme was failing since at least last MAY.

$2M salary on a 90 M$ comapny. 2.2% of sales towards paying one executive??? COME ON.
