Looking at the SP it is clear the increase in communication will not effect her in her duties, it may actually help, as it is clear she has no success to speak of since coming. (sadly I would say the same of Paul who we had high hopes for) but clear unless they feel pressure they are not changing course.
I would encourage constant pressure to get them on point so they cannot do anything except address issues that will improve SP.
Sadly what they do is no value add to us based on SP, so they either adjsut or we kick them to the curb at the mtg.
