Madrigal stock issue NOT a Convertible DebentureUnfortunately the Chairwoman the CFO and the then CEO did not have the business acumen 6 years ago .....which would have prevented flirting with bankruptcy at the mercy of Marathon.
I think this is a flagrant case of malpractice!!!
