It is likely going to be pretty "sciency" but it is good to see TH's CEO and CMO on the same panel as the MDGL's CEO and CMO. We need investors to start seeing TH as a true NASH player if the stock is ever going to get any value for that opportunity from investors.

I will defer to Qwerty, JFM and others with a deep medical understanding to amke comments about it. IT is not over yet but I thought Paul and Christian made the points they wanted to make. But they made too many points about Lipo, Trogarzo and cancer and that was wasting the time of the listeners as this is a NASH program. But I understand they are trying to introduce the whole company to the

Also, they said again that they plan to put their protocol forward in Q4. Sounds like more delays to me as I had second hand accounts about a week or so ago that they might be within 10 days of submitting it. That may still be true but the way Paul stated it made it seem like those expectations for a quick filing of the protocol might be too aggressive. Just guessing on my part.

There was one statement early on that sounded like they'd finished the IND but as you said later he did suggest it's still on going.

The fact than they keep presenting the whole company in these conferences sounds like an open invitation for partnership!!

Yeah that frustrated me. What they were saying about NASH was much better though so another 2 minute on NASH rather than the overview would have been better. It seemed to me the Harrison communication issue probably messed up the timing of the whole session. Like you said earlier the fact they are in this mix with mdgl, Harrison, inventive etc and they didn't struggle to make their case is

I listen to the part where Paul and Christian were talking, then were cut because of time limit. I did not listen before and after. Nothing new there for me. That being said, Levesque put the case quite clearly. They want to go forward in phase III because they have an approved drug in a similar indication that is now know to be safe long term. After that, on the efficacy front, yes they have not

Paul was much better, contextulizing the drug and the importance of this drug as opening up a new Mechanism of Action to tackle the disease. The second question to Christian is the one I'm hung up on and still I think they are talking around the issue rather than dealing with it head on, shame he got cut off but that seems basically to be the way they are dealing with it. Maybe emphasizing the

Qwerty - I did hear Harrison say something to the effect that the FDA is very willing to listen to all proposals from the industry.  Made it like they are amenable to anything that's helping the science, learning from industry, willing to work with serious companies.  That's also a good statement he made in light of the THTX issue you bring up.  Having that strong
