Evil or incompetent?

Clearly, it would be evil to make sure no one could ask any questions by having the portal not work for shareholders. But I don't think they are evil, so that leaves only one obvious alternative.

I voted for them because they responded professionally to our desire they meet with Wino to discuss our issues and because this is, after all, the same board that brought us, in a very economical fashion, both the cancer and NASH opportunities, which is the main reason we are all still even here.  Still, the consistency of the problems the company faces on so many very basic issues is pretty

Ahh more of the same. Par for the course as expected. So sad. They should be embarrassed. At least make up for it by scheduling a makeup meeting and allow shareholders to ask questions. No wonder we can't get proper valuation they won't or can't even figure out how to communicate!!

I emailed Leah multiple times among other things I mentioned to update the website and that was few months ago yet we still have the same problem so again what does she do between 9 to 5 every day? We are expecting them to re-engineer the company fundamentally yet a small detail such as outdated website hasn't been dealt with for months. That was my reason to withhold votes. If they can't

We are talking about such basic stuff in terms of communications that a mistake on that front should be easily correctable by anyone who is even partially competent. And I think they are more t han partially competent. So, they just need to get it sorted out ASAP. But yes, I still would have voted for the board for the reasons I have earlier stated, which are far more important. But lie everyone

It's like talking to my 5 year old when I say stop goofing around. He get's serious in the moment to make me happy then a few minutes later back to goofing around. Like a child I just don't think it is being taken seriously. In their mind we are blowing the issues out of proportion and just a bunch of complaining people. that is my sense.
