I am confused, why would Thera put out a PR on Memorial day when US traders are on vacation?

I agree with you.If the event is newsworthy enough to issue a PR then it should not have been released today Interesting to note the Pfyser past affiliation

This doesn't bother me ... it's not Memorial Day in Canada ... and it's not much of a PR anyway.     -LT

We have noted previously that a steady stream of PR's, seemingly regardless of the quality of the PR itself, is something that helps small cap stocks in particular in the current market environment. So, this is hardly a consequential PR but it does remind smaller investors that the company is growing, is confident of its future and is working to improve itself. There is nothing worng with that

I think the fact that they are adding people on their payroll for a cash strapped company is good news so they must be confident about the future prospects of the company and bringing skilled folks onboard to boost their operations. This new recruit will report directly to Paul so, I like the idea that he is bringing competent people and as a result can restructure the company now is about time
