Board Transformation
Now that they've appointed Canadian financier to join the new CEO's recent additions to the board, let's focus effort on replacing one or two of the other long timers with little skin in the game or evidence of leadership. This board needs to honed, focused, and have members who make our company stronger. What other skill sets do we need on the board?

I agree, not only the skill sets are important but we also need folks who are motivated and engaged, this board has been too comfortable to do what ever they wanted to do without considering share holders interest. Some have been in their position for too long seeing the valuation dropping yet sticking to their old ways not trying to intervene by applying new strategies.
