It could be from exercise of stock options by employees and any number of other things for something on the small side. But nice pickup of info.  Let's see. This is a period where insiders can buy and frankly I would like to see a lot of buying by insiders at this juncture -- within weeks of announcing something that could change the entire trajectory of the business.  If we see

Well they have had 94.5 million shares OS for weeks now 95.12 million

That updated share amount came from page 5 of the Q3 financial statements. It looks like shares were issued for warrant conversions (221,900), a payment for Katanna (481,928), and shares issued due to options exercise (665,000) duringt he first nine months of 2021. I am not sure how much of that occurred in the third quarter though.

Possibly exercise of warrants from the financing earlier this year. Which means they would likely be selling the shares if this is the case.
