Assumption

When I said that options grants in previous years were granted in February or April, I was assuming that because according to the last proxy statement, those previously granted options had expiration dates in February or April. I assumed the options would not have an expiration data that was not tied on an annual basis to the time of the grant. But it is possible that is not correcct and the grants were made in December and the options were timed to expire many years later in February or April. That seems unlikely but there may be some tax reason for having the expiration month be different from the grant month.
