Joe Manchin, he apparently is the King of America now. Warp Speed was somewhat staffed by both HHS and DOD people, maybe the DOD healthcare folks are still in there I don't know.  It may be more just NIH working with firms and prioritizing or something. Not sure you need the Uber Boss on it at this stage.

This wrap speed thing is overstated by Trump in an effort to try to hide his big responsability in the deaths of so many. The RNA vaccine technology was already there, they just needed to adapt it to the covid virus. Same for the antiviral drug from Pfizer. The initial dates back to the SARS scare in 2003, they dropped it back then when SARS dispeared by itself, and just picked it up when covid

Even Biden and Fauci credit Trump for Warp Speed... As I recall the vaccines became available in late DEC  2020  so just 0ne moth during Trump s tenure while Biden had 2 vaccines available from day one and yet there are more deaths from Covid since Biden took over than when Trup was in charge
