They are paying more then 10% !!!!!
Ok,no dilution for now, but a lot of intrest to pay.
Positive that such an institution believes in their future.
So i rebought a piece of the shares i sold at 3,30 CAD.

The agreed interest rate is 0% for the first 2, possibly 3 years.

my first read is interest rate over 11% which indicates junk territory....

SOFR IS 1,54% ADD 9.50 % ...This gives initial rate at 11.04% which will go up as the SOPR rate goes up maybe above 2,5%

Which assets are pledged ? The PR does not mention ...I suspect that the is a Floating Charge on all the assets of the Company....If everything goes right all is OK If not we all get diluted by up to 100%...Russian roulette ? I hope not ......Would love to see THTX assumptions in entering this deal .....Blind faith ...

You are right - I misread it as a zero interest loan when it is actually interest only for 2-3 years. It should be obvious that a small company like TH is going to be classified as a junk borrower. That is no surprise. Hope the golf game went well!

It is interest only payments for the first 2 or 3 years and the rate is a minimum of 10.5%
