read it and am i exited... no.. not at all... hey they got a junk bond 40M @ 11%+ and probably a clause for Marathon to become the new owners in case of default... oooh exciting...

They got the cash and now they don't care about the stock price.  Not only they overspend and create zero value up to now in exchange but now they will borrow us in the red at 11%+... no it's time to stop and put a for sale sign before these bozos deep six us all.
