Down again... maybe they put out a PR at 4:30 on a friday... we are happy to announce at bought deal with Cannaccord as the lead.... thus the 3$ target bump.... just speculating lol... but still possible... before any Th1902 news and top it off with some additional insider selling.. who knows with them... they do have a tendency to scr w-up in every way possible in the past.

Question, to prevent the potential ugly sell off of expiring stock grant's is it possible for the BOD to simply extend the expiration date or re issue them with a later date?

You could, but it could be taken as a negative too ... I.e., why didnt inside officers want to gain more exposure and instead pushed the date off? Also, adding time to any option is a value transfer to the holder worth something, using the Black Scholes formula. The simple answer is these managers work for the company and should want to own shares to incentivize them to grow its value. They knew

Unthinkable for them to sell atm... specially Christian... that would be the end of the story for me.

Below is what the MSL is suggesting in order to reach out to the stakeholders. So this was what I was exactly suggesting using the hybrid technology conveniently expanding the range and much more cost/time effective. The same logic would work when it comes to selling the company to the investors. Behind closed doors meeting with individual investors should be an add on to the whole investor

I remember one time being told quietly by my CFO that I just couldn't sell my options at a certain point in time. No more questions. I was only a lowly scientist, maybe the egos of execs won't take that sort of instruction but they should know better the reasons for not selling than I did at that time. It's a big assumption at present that there will be a large unloading of options.
