This company needs a biotech entrepreneur onece again and a good CFO... we have a marketing VP seconded by a weak CFO and very weak board. Otherwise strategic review asap.

I dont know who Andre DeV Villers is..so i googled it. I realize that he was CEO of theratechnologies in 2001-2003. Surprisingly, one of TH's product, Theralux was found to be potential to fight CML in 2002. So TH1902 is not the 1st oncological product of TH. I cannot find any information of Theralux, what happen to it? Trial failed?

Anybody remembers Ecopia? Another spinoff that was supposed to be a revolution in the way to discover new drugs through genomic of bacterias and fungus.

Those who wanted a promotional CEO, Andre DeVillers, who was also the founder of Thera, was good at promotion, and with spinoffs like Celmed, Ecopia and Andromed with their electronic stethoscope. Like I said an Entrepreneur, a Visionary and Luc was CFO back Then.. a ggod CFO....
